GCSE and BTEC celebrations
Wolfreton’s Headteacher Miss Kukuc said ‘We are pleased to be celebrating some impressive results with our young people in both GCSE and vocational courses this morning. Hard work and commitment over a long period has delivered many individual successes and we congratulate our students for this.’
Amongst many fantastic achievements, particular success stories included twins Amelia and Lydia Williamson who achieved a dozen top 9 grades between them. They will both continue into the sixth form where their subject choices will diverge, with Amelia choosing A levels in English Language, Geography and History, whilst Lydia will be taking Biology, Chemistry and Maths. Tom Sutcliffe is now one step closer to his aim of studying medicine at university with his impressive results leading him to choose Biology, Chemistry, Maths and French at A level. Tom White hopes to join the RAF after studying A levels in Computer Science, Geography, Maths and Physics. We are delighted in share in their success.
